The elevated location is just high enough to avoid the summertime humidity and provides a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean below. Plans are also now being finalized to provide over one billion pounds worth of investment in the Paphos area which will take the form of hospitals, a university, research and development facilities, business parks, plus a new marina and family entertainment centers.

In addition Paphos airport is being upgraded, a major beach improvement project is underway and a new master plan for Paphos Harbor is being introduced. All of this activity will benefit the Paphos and increase the demand for quality living in the area.
